Sandalwood Mala

Sandalwood malas are prayer beads made from sandalwood beads that symbolize the never-ending cycle of eternity. The word "mala" translates to "garland". Sandalwood is sacred to Shiva and Ganesha, and is associated with harmony and healing. Malas are often worn for protection, purification, and to uplift the mind, body, and spirit.

Prayer bead mala strand of 108 naturally fragrant sandalwood beads (7mm), often used by jewelers and designers to create their own unique finished pieces.

Traditionally, these strands are worn and used as prayer or meditation beads, each bead marking the repetition of a prayer or meditation.
