Heart Chakra Tea

A combination of herbs known for their uses to help lower blood pressure and protect the energetic heart space.

Ingredients:

• Marshmallow Root
• Hibiscus
• Lemon Balm
• Skullcap
• Hawthorne

Directions:

• Steep 1 Tbsp of tea in boiling hot water for 5-10 minutes.
• Add and creamers, sweeteners, or syrups and enjoy!

1oz. of loose leaf tea.
