Shipping

All prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees.  Once an order gets placed with our shipping carrier, the risk of loss for the merchandise goes to the buyer. We ship all website orders priority mail.  If you need your purchase sent with signature confirmation, or via FedEx/UPS we can do that as well, just contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.  If you do not receive your package within one week of placing your order please contact us.  During busy summer festival time shipping may get delayed up to 1 week.  If your order is particularly time sensitive please let us know and we can make sure you get it when you need it.

Making Changes or Canceling Your Order

Returns & Exchanges

Malas and Jewelry that have been worn cannot be returned once purchased.  

At Atma’s Offerings, we truly believe that once your mala breaks, you no longer need that one. The karma associated with that particular mala has cleared when it breaks. With that said, we are happy to replace a broken one within a 30-day period after purchasing. If you would like your mala repaired at anytime, there will be a repair (or restringing) fee of 35.00. Shipping and handling is not covered in the return or repair process. Atma’s Offerings is not responsible for items lost in mail. Please purchase insurance and signature confirmation from your shipping carrier.

If it is after the first 30 days since your purchase and you would like your mala repaired, contact us with the type of mala and we will be happy to discuss restringing or repurposing your mala. We recommend you purchase insurance and signature confirmation from your shipping carrier for all products which will be shipped for repair.
