Slow Hatha Flow

Slow Flow & Meditation. Every Monday 4:00-5:15 pm. Sanctuary Yoga. Austin, TX. 

In Slow Flow class, the focus is connecting your breath to your movement as you move slowly through a gentle, nourishing and dynamic sequence. You can expect to hold poses for longer than usual. This class is wonderful for those looking to slow down their minds and cultivate the ability to move through their lives in a more mindful and present way.

This is an all-levels class.
