Kundalini Yoga uses breath and movement to energize the body while strengthening the glandular and nervous systems. Kundalini Yoga is called the yoga of awareness because it helps you increase consciousness. It uses sets of yoga postures and movements called kriyas with a meditative focus, breathwork, and sometimes, chanting. Classes promote emotional well-being, mental clarity, and stress relief. All levels welcome.
